Leveraging Lean Six Sigma to Drive Leadership Development and Employee Engagement
Robert Kluttz is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Kaiser Permanente of Ohio. He supports quality improvement initiatives within both the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and the Kaiser Medical Group. Prior to coming to Kaiser Permanente, Robert spent more than a dozen years driving process innovation and program development across multiple industries including aerospace, defense, engineering, manufacturing, information technology, financial services and the federal government.In addition to leading more than 100 improvement projects which have realized over $15 million in validated savings, he also developed tools and methodologies for selecting & developing process improvement practitioners, identifying & prioritizing project initiatives, and tailoring improvement programs to meet individual organizational needs.Robert is a co-founder and Advisory Committee member for the Northeast Ohio Lean Six Sigma Forum.
