Lean Strategic Planning for Agile Organizations!

Strategic planning? Right.

Hours on end of planning sessions that tie up senior management only to generate exhaustive business plans with multi-year financial projections and operational procedures which then end up in thick volumes on shelves, gathering dust. No, you've got more important things to do, like run a business.

But, things have changed.  

Coming out of the lean startup movement, the past five years have offered up a total re-thinking of how visionary organizations can innovate new business models, then continuously generate and test new prototypes to remain competitive in rapidly changing, dynamic environments.

Attend this experiential, hands-on session and learn about the Business Model Generation Canvas, Empathy Mapping, Value Proposition Design, as you apply them directly to your own organizations and consulting practices.

This is where strategic planning is headed for the most innovative companies. You cannot afford to be unfamiliar with these concepts and approaches.

The session will be co-facilitated by  you, Tim Lybarger and ODC Board Members.


About Tim:

Tim is a Human Resource and Organizational Development professional with a total of eighteen years of hands on experience in line management roles in the small business environment, followed by fifteen years of Internal Consulting and Classroom Training within the large corporate environment. In his corporate roles, he has functioned as a strategic business partner with business leaders at all levels to facilitate the design and delivery of interventions to solve problems and develop programs in support of enterprise-wide initiatives.    

Tim's education includes a B.A. degree in Business Management from Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio and a M.S. degree in Organizational Development and Analysis from the Weatherhead School of Business at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. In addition, he holds certifications in the areas of; Leadership Development, Personal Initiative, Time and Project Management, Execution of Strategic Priorities, Effective Interpersonal Communications, Principled Negotiation Skills, Management & Supervisory Skills, Team Effectiveness, Personal Style Preferences, and 360 degree Feedback Instruments.

 Through his wide ranging work experience, Tim has gained a wealth of knowledge in the following industries:
