We are a leading OD professional development organization in Northeast Ohio promoting effective practices and philosophies. We offer practitioners, students, and interested parties opportunities to:

We meet as often as somebody is willing to develop a program, at various locations.

Internal Communication's Role in Organization Effectiveness

We will focus on connecting communication strategies with organization development strategies.  
Participants will learn three main ways to measure internal communication effectiveness and a tool to revolutionize communication planning. Case studies will be explored to demonstrate the methods shared during the session.

Presented by:

Founder and CEO Sean Williams brings 20 years of experience as a leader in corporate communications including public relations, internal communication, research, measurement, coaching and training. He is well known for his simple, intuitive approach and his focus on research and measurement as integral parts of making communications more effective.

Williams has held executive communication posts at National City Bank, KeyCorp and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.
