OD Connection – at the Center of Change
We are a leading OD professional development organization in Northeast Ohio promoting effective practices and philosophies. We offer practitioners, students, and interested parties opportunities to:
  • Create a learning community 
  • Advance their knowledge and skills
  • Network and support one another 
  • Share effective OD experiences.

We meet as often as somebody is willing to develop a program, at various locations.

The Organization and Employee Development (OED) Team of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District presented the first OD Connection event of 2014.  This event was held on Thursday, March 13, 2014.  
This session focused on the alignment of the Organization Employee Development goals with the District's Strategic Plan.  The OED Team presented its strategic goals and shared some of the challenges they encounter.  The participants broke into areas of interest to give feedback and suggestions, as well as to ask additional questions.  The event was an interactive and engaging session which provided all participants with some strong ideas for executing their own 2014 goals and objectives.
