Whose Facilitation Is It Anyway?

Using Improv In Your Change Work

Improv is a team sport (not to be confused with stand-up comedy).  The change work we do is also a team sport. Improv encourages flexibility, listening, and "being in the moment", all of which serve change work.

In this fully participative session, you will experience the power of Improv to enhance mindfulness, build trust and help any team be generative. You'll get ideas for creative or energizing games and activities you can use with participants to help improve their creativity and openness to new ideas.

Your facilitators attended an Improv series together in 2016 and are excited to collaborate in showing you simple and evocative techniques.
